Blair's Grove Cottages is owned by EXEL Research Inc. EXEL carries out business in three areas. It invests in small to medium sized local businesses, primarily in high-tech, however it also believes in the importance of healthy manufacturing companies in Ontario and Canada. It manages vacation and commercial rental properties and also manages investment portfolios.
Currently Blair's Grove Cottages have 2 rental properties in the Lurgan Beach community of the sandy shores of Lake Huron (about 20 minutes from Kincardine). Whether you are at 'Beach Haven' our newly renovated cottage directly on the beach, or, 'The Grove' our 3bdrm house with a large lot on a quiet street where the path to the beach is kitty corner to the property (a minute or two of walking you are there) we have tried to anticipate our guests needs.
Each cottage is 'turn key' ready for vacation living. HVAC installed for your heating or cooling needs, a fully appointed kitchen, stocked linens including beach towels, Wi-Fi, telephone, flat screen TV's with cable & blue-ray players, beach chairs & even some games for those rainy days.
